PERSONAL DATA

A prerequisite for the start of the transaction between us is the disclosure by you of some of your personal data. When you place an order, we will ask you for your full name, the address to which the products will be shipped, your landline phone number (or any other phone number you wish), your email address, and if you choose to pay by credit card, the number and expiry date of your credit card. This data will not be disclosed, published or sold to third parties in any way, unless this is imposed by a Public Authority (court etc.). Your sensitive data are disclosed to the competent bank (e.g. credit card number) and DELETED from our database immediately after the completion of your order, thus ensuring an even higher level of security.

Our company, in order to be able to provide the best possible quality of service to the consumer, uses the Skroutz Analytics service. AVAILABILITY

The availability of products listed in our online store is indicative. Also for a limited stock of products there may be a change in them without notice. We do our best to be consistent with you as to the details listed many times but the details regarding the dates of availability of products are in no way binding.

CANCELLATION OF AN ORDER
For any cancellation of an order (total or partial) you should send an e-mail to info@e-bessas.gr or inform us by phone at 2238032101. This option is offered to you until the moment we inform you about the dispatch of your order. After this point in time, cancellation is not possible.

METHODS OF PAYMENT
For the convenience and service of all those who wish to purchase from our store, www.e-bessas.gr offers you the following alternative payment methods:
1. By credit, debit and prepaid cards of Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Diners, Discover

2. Using the Masterpass e-wallet

3. Payment on delivery. You pay in cash upon receipt of the product from the Courier. For cash on delivery you will be charged an additional 2,50€.

4. Deposit in a bank. Deposit the total amount (including shipping costs) in our National Bank bank account. The invoice is displayed upon completion of your order.

MODE – TIME – COST OF DISPATCH

We ship all over Greece via ELTA COURIER or a transport agency for heavy (or bulky) items.

Courier

• Free shipping throughout Greece for orders up to 2 kg* and value greater than 100,00€
• Orders of less than 100,00€ and weighing up to 2 kg, are charged with shipping costs of 4,00€
• If the weight of the order exceeds 2 kg, then the extra charge is 1,20€ per kg

Shipping costs are automatically calculated during the order completion process.

Cash on delivery is charged with an additional charge of 2,50€, if it is a separate service.

Transport Agency

Shipping with a transport agency is suitable for items of great weight (or volume). The cost in this case is in the range of (3-25) € (indicative charge and not binding). In cases where the parcel is large, the amount may be higher (depending on the agency and the destination).

The customer has the right to choose the transport agency that wants to handle the shipment. Otherwise the agency is selected from E-Bessas. The collection is made from the agency’s headquarters.

In this case (shipment by transport agencies), cash on delivery is not accepted. You are invited to pay the amount of the order by credit card, or by bank transfer to our partner banks

PRICES OF THE PRODUCTS SOLD
The prices listed in the relevant catalogues below each product include VAT (24%). These prices refer to the quantities that are available in our warehouse, while www.e-bessas.gr reserves the right to adjust the prices any change affecting the customer.

WITHDRAWAL – PRODUCT RETURNS
You have the right to return the products you have purchased, free of charge and without being obliged to inform us of the reason why you wish to return the products, within 14 working days from the date you receive the products. You only to pay the shipping cost of returning the goods to us. Returns are accepted only if the products you wish to return are in the same condition in which you received them, i.e. being tampered with and always acompanied with the original receipt or invoice. To avoid your own inconvenience, it is advisable to check carefully at the time of delivery of your order, the condition of the products sold and the intactness of their packaging, in order to detect any obvious defects (e.g. broken goods, wrong item, etc.). If you need to return something, send us an email at info@e-bessas.gr.

In case of returning the products and depending on the way you chose to pay for your order and the way you will return them, your refund will be completed within 30 days from the date we receive the products.

MISCELLANEOUS
1. Force majeure: If for reasons of force majeure (e.g. bad weather conditions, strikes, etc.) it is not possible to deliver the products within the predetermined time, we will inform you by e-mail, in order to let us know if you wish, under these circumstances, to complete your order. Liability www.e-bessas.gr: The store is not responsible for defects or poor quality of products available to its customers. All products are received from the suppliers packaged. In the event that a defective product is found in the delivered quantities, you retain the right to return it with the possibility of replacing it with our own shipping costs or refunding your money.3.
